Massage Therapist Natasha Navato

I am fully qualified having gained my qualification at the well-known Champneys College in Tring, Hertfordshire. Not only did I qualify in Massage but I have also qualified in Reflexology, and I am therefore able to offer both treatments to you at the clinic. I have massage and reflexology myself and I know how tremendous the benefits are of these treatments for you. Massage works very well with chiropractic treatment and many of our patients feel that they get better faster if they have a few sessions of their muscles worked out! Tension in those muscles can be caused by your job, not just those physical jobs but also for office workers who sit all day where your neck muscles take all the strain looking at the computer.

I constantly keep up-to-date with what is happening in the profession, and as I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists I am required to take part in courses to further my continuing development in the profession, which I love to do.

I have two grown-up children one who is at university and the other about to embark on this journey. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family and friends and going for long walks. I also have a passion for Photography, in particular portraits and seascapes.
